As a guest at Litsa Haus, our policies are designed to enhance your stay and ensure maximum comfort and convenience. Please be aware of the following policies:

 

RESERVATION POLICY / BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Cancellation and Pre-Payment policies vary according to each apartment type.

 

 

 

 

A prepayment deposit equivalent of 100% of the total reservation is required via internet bank transfer or a valid credit card within 24 hours after booking, to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to confirm the availability of the booking and to provide you with any bank transfer instructions. The Property will thereafter confirm your reservation upon verification of the deposit amount.

 

NO BOOKING IS VALID UNLESS IT IS CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT ON APPLICABLE AVAILABILITY AND CLEARANCE OF THE APPLICABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE BOOKING RESERVATION.

Overnight Government Stay Tax (0.50EU per day, per apartment) is NOT included. The Guest is required to pay the Overnight Government Stay Tax on arrival during Check-in in Cash amount.

 

The property accepts remaining payments or extras on arrival in cash only and the total amount of the remaining balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival during check-in (If applicable). Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of any type of Cancellation at any point of time or No-Show, all Deposits are Non-Refundable.

All Guests agree to a Non-Refundable Policy upon Booking.

 

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ARE WELCOME SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND 48 HOUR DEPOSIT POLICY. ALL BOOKINGS AND APPLICABLE AVAILABILITY MUST BE CONFIRMED BY THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO GUEST ARRIVAL.

 

 

 

  • Provided that your stay is Minimum 7 Days and above, the property offers a Typical Housekeeping Service at Mid-Stay, approximately every (4) Four Days during the applicable reservation time.

  • Extra quantities of white linen & towels beyond the standard occupancy of the apartment is charged at 5EU extra per person.

  • Currently not available. Continental Breakfast may be offered and served in the room(only) on guest request, at 10EU charge per person. Please inquire for further details or further availability.

  • Extra bed can be provided at an extra charge of 15EU per night, per person added to the total reservation cost and payable to the property upon arrival. Maximum number of extra beds per apartment is 1 and it must be confirmed with the management prior to the arrival date. Please inquire for further information and or arrangements. Subject to availability and configuration of the apartment.

  • Supplements, overall, are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately on arrival.

 

The property will accommodate any special guest requests in order to ensure the pleasant stay of all its guests. Extra charges may apply. All subsequent arrangements must be pre-scheduled with the management prior to the arrival date.

General Information

  • Please be advised that all guests including children staying at Litsa Haus are required to present a valid identification upon booking reservation and check-in, which maybe either a passport or a National ID.

  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking in some rooms is permitted. Please request a smoking room at time of booking to ensure availability for your stay.

  • Adults Only & Children 10 Years+. All Children 0f 10 Years (and above) are Welcome. Please comply with the above policy to avoid any Cancellation of your Reservation or Refusal of Entry at the Property. 

  • Airport shuttle service can be arranged with the property. Extra charges apply. Please inquire for further information and/or arrangements.

  • Supplements, overall, are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately on arrival.

  • All Prices Include All Resort Fees.

  • All prices are excluding any commission to Travel Agencies inquiring any reservations. Any such commissions should be handled and paid from the Guest directly to the Travel Agency. Litsa Haus will NOT be handling and is not liable paying any such commissions or assisting with any such procedure. Travel Agencies are liable to paying in full the Booking amount applicable to any Reservation Stay in Full excluding any commission to the Travel Agency entity. All payments directed to the Hotel are required via a Bank Transaction. No Credit Cards on that instance.

  • All Travel Agencies inquiring on Reservations will be audited for identification and legalities by the Hotel for security purposes and fraud identification for any cooperation ahead.
